Carina has been working on a range of sustainable lampshades made from deadstock (unsold) material or factory seconds (which have slight imperfections and are therefore ‘unsellable’). The pleated shades are made in London by a woman-run company and the rolled shades are produced in Cambridgeshire by a mother-daughter team.
